Her past success has been with small businesses to large publicly traded companies, managing P&L budgets in excess of $38M.
In 2020 she added Dental Coaching and Consulting to her areas of expertise when she completed an intensive dental coach training program and worked with the largest National Dental Coaching Organization in the United States. Currently Joanne works as a consultant with Smile Potential in the areas of Leadership, Communication and Teamwork. And she is CEO & Founder of Newborn Dental Evolution.
